WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO 

Challenge Films, located in Orchard Park NY (south of Buffalo) is an entertainment media development company.  We develop projects that are based in, or adaptable to, the Buffalo and WNY region. 

Our mission is to make projects in which 90% or more of the people involved, in front of as well as behind the camera, are comprised of residents and resident students from the WNY area.  In conjunction with showcasing local talent, we also want to showcase local businesses (see Business to Business section for more info).

Once a project is developed on paper, partnerships are created with one or more production companies to provide the physical production elements necessary to transfer words from the page to scenes on HD digital video.  We also will begin to solicit music and songs, with a goal of at least fifty percent of our projects’ music coming from local musicians or bands.  Last, but certainly not least, we secure an editor or editors who can begin the magic of combining all these elements into one solid, entertaining and completed piece of magic called a movie!

Our First Project - HENRY'S FUTURE 
Henry's Future, our romantic-dramedy, recently screened for commentary from the public and peers.  The reviews and critiques we received are helping us produce a final project worthy of film festival entry- and hopefully provide incentive and financing for future development deals.
